Program & Project Operations • AI Implementation

I build practical solutions and organize the work to move them forward.

15+ years coordinating projects and initiatives across workforce development, healthcare, nonprofit and marketing environments, including five years in formal marketing project-management roles. My background combines stakeholder coordination, program delivery and hands-on AI workflow development. Most recently, I created the AI Employment Navigator — a working concept and prototype for responsible AI-assisted workforce services.

How I structure work

Workflows, plans and practical deliverables.

I am strongest when a project needs structure: defining the problem, clarifying the workflow, coordinating people and information, building usable materials and establishing what should be measured next.

AI Knowledge Assistant Prototype • 2026

AJC AI Knowledge Navigator

Designed and iterated a staff-facing AI knowledge-assistant prototype for workforce-program questions. The reviewed V3.8 build includes focused conversational follow-ups, program routing, source-aware guidance and safeguards around PDF form packs.

Proposed AI Implementation Concept

AI Workforce Implementation Pilot

Developed a proposed 12–18 month framework for how a workforce organization could move from informal AI use toward structured implementation, training, standardization, safeguards, evaluation and a scale/modify/stop decision. The pilot has not been launched.

Formal Project Management • Outlook Nebraska

Cross-functional marketing & digital projects

Managed projects from planning through completion, defining tasks, timelines, responsibilities, deliverables and communication needs. Coordinated internal teams, clients, vendors and outside agencies and served as a point of contact for execution, issue resolution and timely completion.

Public Program Coordination • American Job Center

Workforce services & quarterly career fairs

Coordinate participant and program priorities in a regulated workforce environment. For quarterly career fairs, I coordinate employer and partner outreach, schedules, communications, logistics and on-site execution.

Marketing Project Coordination • Camp Pendleton

Marketing support for major community events

Managed the marketing and promotional work supporting major Camp Pendleton events with audiences exceeding 20,000. I coordinated sponsor requirements, creative assets, web promotion and audience communications while partnering with the Events team, which managed event operations.

Healthcare Partnerships • National Health Foundation

Pathway Recuperative Care

Managed outreach strategy and relationships with more than 60 hospital partners, developed reporting tools for leadership and contributed to a reported 110% program revenue increase through expanded outreach and relationship development.

Capabilities

Where I can add value.

My strongest work sits between a loosely defined need and a structured way to move it forward.

PM

Project & program coordination

Tasks, timelines, responsibilities, documentation, stakeholder communication, competing priorities and follow-through.

AI

AI workflow development

Use-case definition, prompt/workflow design, AI-assisted prototyping, testing, iteration and practical human-review rules.

ST

Stakeholder coordination

Work across staff, leadership, clients, vendors, agencies, healthcare partners, employers and community organizations.

OP

Process improvement

Identify friction, clarify steps, improve handoffs and turn complicated requirements into usable guidance.

AD

Implementation materials

Build guides, quick-start resources, SOP concepts, training concepts and stakeholder-facing materials to support adoption.

MX

Measurement design

Define what should be tracked during a pilot or initiative so future decisions can be based on evidence rather than assumptions.

Working approach

Give the idea enough structure to test it honestly.

My AI work focuses on building something tangible, documenting how it could work, identifying safeguards and creating a responsible path to test it.

01 • DEFINE

Clarify the problem

Understand the user need, objective, constraints and what a useful outcome would look like.

02 • DESIGN

Map the workflow

Define inputs, decisions, rules, handoffs, exceptions and who remains responsible.

03 • BUILD

Create a working model

Use available tools — including generative AI — to prototype, review, correct and iterate.

04 • PREPARE

Plan the test

Create guidance, safeguards and proposed measures before asking an organization to pilot or scale the idea.

Positioning

Program and project experience with hands-on AI workflow development.

I bring formal project-management experience, public-program coordination, stakeholder relationship work and practical experience using generative AI to turn an idea into a working prototype and implementation concept.
