The need
A prototype needs more than features before it can be used in a service environment. Staff roles, guidance, review points, and evaluation all need to be thought through.
My contribution
I developed the proposed implementation model, rollout approach, staff guidance concepts, and measures that could support an evaluated pilot.
The approach
Define the service model, prepare materials and safeguards, introduce the workflow carefully, and decide what evidence will inform the next step.

Seek stakeholder feedback and the necessary organizational approvals, then refine the proposed scope before implementation.
