Status: proposed implementation framework. Staff adoption, participant testing and outcome measurement would begin only if a pilot is approved.
A path from approval to an evidence-based decision.
Purpose of the proposal
The concept is intended to test whether a structured AI-assisted workforce-service model could improve job-search support and AI literacy while maintaining human review, privacy boundaries and program integrity.
What the proposed implementation function would do
Translate approved AI concepts into documented, testable workforce-service processes.
Create employment-focused training and guidance for job seekers and staff if approved.
Develop SOPs, prompts, guides, workshops and human-review procedures.
Document where tools help, where they fail and what controls are required.
Potential measures include usage, lead quality, applications, interviews, time and error rates.
Use pilot evidence to recommend whether to scale, modify or stop.
Implementation planning
The proposal addresses the work required beyond a prototype: scope, ownership, technology and privacy review, documented workflows, training concepts, measurement, issue tracking and a formal decision point.
